SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Prestige Mkhozi. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We currently ship within South Africa only. We offer two shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Delivery — 3–7 business days — rate calculated at checkout
- Express Delivery — 1–2 business days — rate calculated at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, the courier may return the package. Re-delivery fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at sales@pmkhozi.co.za so we can assist you.
